The ground rules.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using WealthLab's app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the service.

2. Educational purpose only

This is the most important section in this document, so read it twice if you have to: WealthLab is strictly an educational tool. The trading simulator uses virtual money only — no real funds are ever deposited, held, traded, or put at risk through WealthLab.

Our AI chart analysis feature exists to help you learn how to read charts. It explains concepts like trend, momentum, support, and resistance in plain language. It is NEVER investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and it should never be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security in the real world.

WealthLab is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, bank, or financial institution of any kind. We do not execute real trades, manage real assets, or provide personalized financial recommendations. Nothing on our app or website should be relied upon when making actual investment decisions. Before making any real financial decision, please consult a licensed financial advisor, broker, or tax professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to create a WealthLab account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register, and to update it if it changes. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for successive billing periods unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you sign up for a free trial, it automatically converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — we don't prorate partial periods. Refunds, where available, are handled according to applicable law and the refund policies of the app store or platform you subscribed through (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play).

6. Acceptable use

When using WealthLab, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the app or its underlying systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense WealthLab's content, courses, or simulator access without our written permission
• Extract output from the AI analysis feature and present it to others as licensed, professional financial advice
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to manipulate the AI analysis feature, including through automated prompts designed to bypass its intended purpose
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or extract data from the app or website without authorization

7. Intellectual property

All content on WealthLab — including our course material, trademarks, logos, app design, simulator mechanics, and written and visual content — belongs to WealthLab or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own personal learning. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content beyond that personal use without our written consent.

8. No investment advice, no warranty

We'll say it again because it matters: nothing in WealthLab is investment advice. The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

WealthLab disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of simulated market data, course content, or AI-generated analysis. Simulated performance inside the app — no matter how good or bad — does not indicate, predict, or guarantee how you (or anyone) would perform with real money in real markets.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WealthLab and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any real-world financial decisions, trades, investments, or losses you make based on information, lessons, or analysis you encountered while using the app. Your use of WealthLab for actual financial decision-making is entirely at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You're free to stop using WealthLab or cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, through your account settings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as our product and legal obligations evolve. If we make material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, through the app or by email. Continuing to use WealthLab after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in WealthLab's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by local law in your jurisdiction.
